Our Part Time Keyholders are an essential part of our team and are one of the most important frontline assets to running and supervising a successful store. Keyholders will complete regular assigned store duties and will work closely with the store management to ensure that all guidelines are maintained which will help put you on the road to success with our company.

What you have:

• High School Diploma is mandatory
• At least 2 years Keyholder/supervisory experience in a retail setting is required
• Willingness to complete or completion of a valid certificate in First Aid and CPR required
• Positive attitude and strong team-player
• Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with the store management, co-workers, and customers towards increasing company sales, profits, in line with Company goals
• You are bondable
• You have good organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• You are self-motivated, a quick thinker, have proven abilities to share product knowledge, resolve customer issues quickly, and offer alternate solutions to work towards increased sales and customer loyalty

“Nice to Have” Skills:

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word)
• Demonstrated strong communication skills in English

What You Will Do:

Working closely with and in partnership with the Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager and the Regional Manager:

• You will assist, oversee and be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, sales, merchandising and visual presentations are presented effectively at your store
• You will assist, and ensure smooth operations, inventory, personnel and training
• You are responsible for assisting with and ensuring effective budgeting and planning for your store in collaboration and partnership with the Store Manager and Regional Manager
• You will assist with merchandising and maintenance of your store and work in partnership with management to implement the merchandising plan
• You will assist with, support management, and ensure all regular communications are scheduled and facilitated regularly and enforce the chain of command to resolve issues as quickly as possible to engage and positively influence store employees
• You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all customers promptly and courteously including greeting them as they enter the store, directing customers throughout the store or to the specific areas the customer is requesting
• You will build relationships and trust with customers and provide information and product knowledge as accurately and as efficient as possible
• You will ensure that the merchandising and maintenance guidelines for your store are adhered to and maintain a clean and well-organized store and back area at all times
• You will ensure that operationally you follow all work rules, Company policies and procedures and ask store management for assistance or clarification for any procedures or processes you require clarification with
• You will ensure accuracy in cash handling, practice security measures to help prevent theft, and support the store’s Loss Prevention Program
• You will participate and support any employee training and development provided to you or your team and/or lead any Company sponsored initiatives or programs in the absence of a manager
• You will participate and/or lead communication meetings at the store or other meetings as required to ensure that the best customer service is provided at all times and to help update you on specific product knowledge and uses to inform the customer accurately
• You will maintain a positive and cheerful attitude at all times and ensure understanding of the Company’s final sale policy and effective communication of the policy to customers
